Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your order. Due to the personal-care nature of press-on nails, returns are only accepted for items that are unused, unworn, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
• Opened press-on nail sets
• Used or worn press-on nails
• Items with removed or damaged packaging
• Custom or personalized orders
• Sale items
• Gift cards
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery at w74512015@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
